Park 37, Building 400

Facelift and renovation to a 30+ year old office building that included interior and exterior work. The exterior received all new concrete steps and walkway with complementary lighting and stainless handrails. The outdated glass entry doors were replaced with modern storefront systems. A steel supported façade was added to give the old brick entrance new life with specialty siding. The interior lobby received all new decorative tile flooring, updated lighting, and freshly painted walls. A beautiful ADA compliant restroom was added as well to meet the needs of patrons with wheel chair requirements.
