New 5,000 sq ft, multi-story cast-in-place concrete and structural steel addition to existing historical building. Project included a large town hall meeting room, commercial catering kitchen, new restrooms on both floors, 3 executive offices, multiple conference rooms and individual offices, and a roof-top patio. Sitework included an underground detention system, retaining walls and site stairs as well as a new parking lot for the entire property.
