Interior up-fit of existing vacant shell space under the AC Hotel in downtown Greenville into a high-end listening and event space. Project consisted of a large bar area, full commercial kitchen, concert hall, DJ Booth, Green Room and multi-gang restrooms. Extremely high end finishes throughout.
